Talisma Selected Based on Flexibility of Solution and
Admin Capabilities

Bellevue, WA – September 30, 2008
– Talisma® Corporation (www.talisma.com/edu), the leading provider of Multi-channel Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for higher education, today announced that the National University System (www.nusystem.org) has selected Talisma CRM to replace their current Peoplesoft CRM component of their ERP, due to Talisma’s flexibility to configure the solution based on National’s unique requirements as well as the ability to continuously evolve. In addition, the National University System will deploy the Talisma CRM across all of its Affiliate institutions, including National University, National Polytechnic College of Science, Spectrum Pacific Learning Company LLC, National University Virtual High School, WestMed College, National University Academy of Health Sciences, and National University International.

“Moving to the Talisma CRM will give us the capabilities we need to provide service to our prospective students,” said Eileen Heveron, Ph.D., Vice President, Information Technology at National University. “This is because Talisma’s CRM is designed and built specifically for higher education, so the functionality we need today is already part of the product. The Talisma CRM is also highly configurable and scalable, so it will meet our future needs as well, without being reliant on Talisma’s professional services to evolve the deployment.”

The Talisma CRM will initially be used across the National University System for recruitment and admissions with the full scope of the deployment currently being defined. The National University System already uses the Talisma’s CRM and Knowledgebase in its contact center for agent- assisted student concierge services as well as student self-service, under the direction of the Spectrum Pacific Learning Company.
