Bellevue, WA – June 3, 2008 – Talisma® Corporation(www.talisma.com/edu), the leading provider of Multi-channel Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for higher education, today announced that Georgia Tech College of Management has selected Talisma CRM to power proactive, personalized multi-channel constituent communications with prospective, current, and former students, as well as faculty and staff.

Georgia Tech College of Management will use Talisma for communications across multiple channels, including email, phone, personalized portal, and mail. As has been seen within the Talisma customer base, the resulting automation of inquiry response and outbound marketing will enable Georgia Tech College of Management to reduce costs and achieve greater satisfaction across its diverse constituent base. The initial Talisma CRM implementation will be deployed by three administrative departments in the College of Management: graduate programs, executive education programs, and faculty recruiting.

Following an extensive CRM selection process, Georgia Tech College of Management chose Talisma based upon its native ability to serve multiple departments by providing the university a comprehensive repository for contact and interaction data within a single instance. Integrating data from multiple sources into Talisma, including Banner student information, and leveraging its ability to strategically segment data and utilize workflow and communications automation, the College of Management will then easily be able to use Talisma CRM for proactive personalized communications to its large and diverse constituent base.

Mike Cummins, clinical professor and CIO for Georgia Tech College of Management, believes that the Talisma CRM will transform the way that the business school functions. “The extensive functionality and scalability of the Talisma CRM system will enable us to increase enrollment of high quality students in an expanded portfolio of graduate and executive education programs, and to better serve our current students and alumni.”

“Enabling institutions to transform the way they communicate with a large and diverse constituent base is only one of the many objectives we set out to accomplish with our multi-channel CRM solution,” said Craig Stanford, Vice President of Talisma Higher Education. “And, we’re proud to help Georgia Tech College of Management transform as well as simplify its communication. The College is an excellent example of how a leading institution is using state of the art technology to attain its goals.”
