Indiana Wesleyan Enhances Enrollment Management with Talisma and Noel-Levitz

Bellevue, WA – September 20, 2007 – Talisma® Corporation (www.education.talisma.com), the leading provider of Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for higher education, today announced that Indiana Wesleyan University, one of the nation’s fastest growing Christian higher education institutions has selected Talisma’s Multi-channel CRM solution for Strategic Enrollment Management to leverage as the vehicle to utilize data from Noel-Levitz ForecastPlus, an advanced predictive modeling tool for enrollment management.

Noel-Levitz ForecastPlus will process and score prospects based on enrollment data from Indiana Wesleyan University, and then append the data with 125 additional variables that can predict enrollment behavior. The Noel-Levitz model will directly feed the Talisma CRM solution with the completed prospect data. Upon receipt of the data, Talisma will segment the identified top prospects and automatically initiate communication plans targeted to prospective students and deliver personalized messages via email, telephone, hard copy letter, and eventually SMS text messaging. Based on the resulting action or lack of action, prospects will continue to flow through the communication plan and those that apply will ultimately be fed into the Datatel Colleague SIS.
