QuickStart Service Promises Rapid and Low Cost Deployment of Talisma's Pre-packaged Hosted and Licensed Solutions

BELLEVUE, Wash., May 25, 2004 - Talisma™, a leading provider of multi-channel CRM solutions, today announced availability of Talisma QuickStart. Designed to help companies rapidly recognize the benefits of Talisma's multi-channel CRM offering, Talisma QuickStart is a packaged edition of the Talisma Customer Interaction Suite that includes the configuration, training and consulting required for complete system implementation and rollout within 10 days.

Talisma QuickStart accelerates customer acceptance and user adoption by providing a pre-packaged, low-risk solution available for both Talisma ASP, the company's proven hosted delivery solution, and its licensed solution, Talisma OnSite. QuickStart customers will have access to the Talisma Customer Interaction Suite modules, in addition to a full suite of solution options, such as advanced analytics and support for a broad range of configurable business rules.

This low-cost enhanced service provides Talisma customers with a full or part-time dedicated support engineer providing remote administration, operations and support for Talisma's Customer Interaction Suite installation. Many customers will find Talisma Remote Admin appealing as a way to address the limited availability or cost of their own IT resources.
