Solution Partner Program
Solution Partners are trained to take Talisma products and services to market as standalone products or as part of a combined solution offering. At the Standard Partner level, these partners open new geographic or vertical markets for Talisma. At the Strategic level, these Partners may be VARs that deliver value-added application solutions built on or based on Talisma solutions. These solutions provide extended functionality and feature sets to Talisma applications.

Technology Partner Program
Technology Partners offer both point and whole solutions that are complementary and add value to the Talisma application suite, working closely with Talisma to integrate, develop and implement joint marketing, sales, and service strategies and tactics. This program ensures that customers receive the best technology components seamlessly integrated with Talisma solutions.

Consulting Partner Program
Consulting Partners provide a range of consulting and implementation services regarding Talisma products, including project management, implementation, systems integration, customization, training, best practices consulting, business process redesign, custom application development, strategic business consulting services, and vertical market expertise.

Managed Service Provider Program
Managed Service Providers help implement, host, manage, deliver, and support Talisma applications. These partners include Call Center Outsourcers, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs) that use Talisma products to manage their customers' multi-channel communication capability in conjunction with their managed services.

Marketing and Referral Partner Program
The Talisma Marketing and Referral Partner Program is a single-level program designed to recognize those companies that refer qualified sales opportunities. They are companies that maintain trusted relationships with organizations and have the insight to know when Talisma products and services are a good fit to meet an organization's needs.

Embedded OEM Partner Program
Embedded OEM Partners are technology providers who customize a Talisma product package to integrate with and enhance their existing solutions or create entirely new solution offerings using Talisma technology.
